How to Secure a Wireless Sensor Network

The security of wireless sensor networks (WSNs) is a complex issue. While security research of WSNs is progressing at a tremendous pace, and many security techniques have been proposed, no comprehensive framework has so far emerged that attempts to tie the bits and pieces together to ease the implementors' adoption of the technologies. We answer the challenge by proposing a guidelines according to which WSN security can be implemented in practice.

Double Guarantee for Security Localization in Wireless Sensor Network

Wireless Sensor Network security localization technologies are usually designed just for one type of attack or single step transmission for the message packets, which would be less robust in complex network environment. In this paper, we propose a novel WSN security localization algorithm: Double Guarantee Security Sensor Localization, which can enhance the reliability and security of message packets via message source authentication and suspicious data filtration, and improve the localization accuracy through applying the self-adaptively established signal attenuation model to the dynamic network environment. In the experiments, we stimulate and verify the accuracy of DGSSL algorithm under different attack conditions and achieve better performance than the compared algorithms.

WSN中一种能量均衡的路由协议

:无线传感器节点的自身特点决定了网络的能量消耗成为评价无线传感器网络路由协议优劣的重要指标。但是,仅 仅追求能量消耗最小化是不够的,因为这有可能会使部分节点由于频繁的处理数据而比网络中其它节点提早死亡,导致网络 分割或者“洞”的出现,从而严重影响网络的寿命。本文提出了一种能量均衡的路由协议,它能够平衡网络能量消耗并延长网 络寿命。

Survey of Congestion Control Technology for Wireless Sensor Networks

In Wireless Sensor Networks(WSN)。the main communication mode is many-to-one.Because of the energy limitation of motes,and interference of wireless links,congestion control problem is very severe.Traditional transport protocols in neither wired network nor Ad-Hoc network can be applied in WSN directly.Congestion control technology, as a key component of transport protocol,is the research focus in WSN.This paper introduced the research background of congestion control technology firstly,and then gave a survey on the recent novel mechanisms.Then we analyzed and compared details of the main approach conceiTled.In the end,we summaried the current research work and pointed out the future research direction.
