C#的加密方式有很多种，这里给出了一个最简单的方式，我们在数据库密码中经常使用到，另外下载后可以直接运行的。

通过C#获取机器唯一标识，然后自己通过加密手段加密生成注册码，可通过注册码验证程序能否正确运行。
